2025 Craft Vendor Pricing:

Trailer - $90

Premium - 10 x 10 - $80

Non-Premium 10 x 10 - $70

Non-Electric 10 x 10 - $60

Inside Commercial Tent- $150

Craft Vendor Hours

Thursday the 11th, 5:00 pm – 9:00pm (Security overnight)
Friday the 12th, 5:00 pm – 10:00pm (Security overnight) Free activities only during Education Day (9-2)
Saturday the 13th, 10:00am – 10:00 pm (Parade is at 10am)


Tear Down on Saturday at 10:00 pm. Anything left overnight is at your own risk. No asphalt access due to safety reasons as festival is still open.

Vendor Rules for Fall Festival

  1. Booth Assignment: Vendors are not permitted to switch or trade booth spaces unless explicitly authorized by event staff.
  2. Event Schedule: This is a rain or shine event. The market will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.
  3. Booth Operation: Vendors must keep their booths open and staffed for the entire duration of the event hours.
  4. Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless approved by the festival board.
  5. Canopy and Tent Requirements:
    1. Vendors using canopies or pop-up tents must ensure they are securely anchored with appropriate weights to prevent accidents.
    2. All outdoor vendors are required to provide their own tents or canopies and must use suitable weights, such as sandbags, water-filled milk jugs, hand weights secured with rope, concrete blocks, or equivalent methods.
  6. Payment: Full payment of all invoices is required to secure your vendor spot at the event.
