Craft Vendor Hours
Thursday the 10th, 5:00 pm – 9:00pm (Security overnight)
Friday the 11th, 5:00 pm – 9:00pm (Security overnight) Free activities only during Education Day (9-2)
Saturday the 12th, 11:00am – 9:00 pm
Tear Down on Saturday at 9:00 pm.
Anything left overnight is at your own risk.
No asphalt access due to safety reasons as festival is still open.
Vendor Rules for Fall Festival

Vendor Booth Cost:
- Inside Large Tent: $150
- Trailer Space (limited): $150
- 10 x 10 Outside - $100
- 10 x 20 Outside - $200
IMPORTANT FESTIVAL INFO
- Applications will remain open at event organizers' discretion and may close at any time.
- This is a JURIED event- not first come, first served. We are trying to provide a wide variety of items to our shoppers and limit too much repetition in order to provide the best experience for both our shoppers and vendors.
- Vendors inside the tent will have access to power outlets. Vendors outside of the tent may have access to power based on location but recommend you come prepared to provide power to your booth as needed.
- Vendors using canopies or pop-up tents must provide their own tents or canopies and ensure they are anchored and secured with suitable weights (e.g., sandbags, water-filled jugs, concrete blocks).
- This year, we will provide one table and two chairs for all tent vendors and 10 x 10 vendors. This service is part of your booth fee. Vendors must provide all other items required to complete booth setup.
- All vendors are required to keep their areas clean and tidy- pick up all your trash and leave the area as you found it.
- Vehicles are prohibited in the blocked-off festival areas while the event is open. Saturday night you will need to be prepared to carry items to your car at teardown.
- Full payment of booth fee is required to secure your spot after acceptance letter has been sent. Payment information will be listed in the acceptance email. There are NO REFUNDS on booth fees for any reason as this is rain or shine event.
- All official communication about acceptance or denials into the market will be sent via the email you listed on your application. Please refrain from sending us DMs asking about your application status. We receive lots of applications for this market and there are a lot of moving parts to consider, which requires patience on all ends.
